A showcase of recent projects that highlight my process and thinking, and represented great challenges as well as learning experiences.
Exhibitions are a key part of any galleries program and the primary medium of how their artists work is presented to new as well as existing collectors. I led design and research of artnet’s exhibition pages, with the goal to make what was a predominant offline experience an integral part of the online user journey when exploring galleries and collecting art.
Gallery profiles help galleries and dealers share their brand/program on artnet, sell works by their artists and connect with millions of collectors around the world. I led design and user research for the redesign of these pages which also introduced a new design language and design system to the platform.
artnet auctions is a heavily managed peer-to-peer marketplace for fine art, where specialists manage relationships between both buyers and sellers throughout each phase of the exchange from listing, bidding, shipping and receiving. I led design as part of the team that created the newly introduced consignment flow which allows anyone to quickly submit artworks they want to sell at auction for review.
artnet auctions is the leading online auction platform of the art world, hosting over 100+ sales a year and marketplace to a global community of buyers and sellers from 180+ countries. As part of the auctions team I designed the new bid experience with the goal to maximize each buyers chance to win the auction from any screen and from anywhere.
